Juan José Pérez-Borbujo Álvarez graduated as an engineer and architect from the Technical University of Delft Bouwkunde (Netherlands) and founded ARQ FACTORY. He began his career in 1991 in LUCAS&EVAN VUGT office in The Hague (Netherlands). He collaborated with the office of Rem Koolhaas OMA in Rotterdam as local architect in the drafting of the Cordoba Congress Centre through the society cccarquitectos, that society of which he was a founding partner in 1999.
Gloria García de la Banda García graduated as an architect in E.T.S.A. of Seville and she joined ARQ FACTORY. She is currently senior architect and part of the project management team.
Juan Aguilera Rodríguez studied technical architecture in the E.U.A.T.S. of Seville. He joined ARQ FACTORY as a construction manager. He currently coordintes material execution of works. Also he directs the supervision of the drafting of projects related to implementation of works.
Arqfactory has reached an agreement with the office LIAG architecten en bouwadviseurs for a joint venture with the aim of developing international projects.
ARQ FACTORY has offices in Córdoba (Spain) and Haarlem (Netherlands).
